Heritage Square Music Hall, located in beautiful Golden, is looking
for a talented Bartender with the knowledge and experience to
take on this part-time, year round integral role at the Music Hall. This is a
tipped and non-benefited position.
PLEASE NOTE: All our Bartenders cross-train to cocktail
and wait/assist in the dining room. This work, in all areas, gives our great
staff wonderful depth and coverage as well as increases possible hours to work
and desired schedule flexability.
This is a professional atmosphere, and you must be
detail oriented. If you would love to work in this environment, are
professional, friendly and upbeat with your co-workers and guests, then the

We have an extraordinary level of returning guests who visit many
times per year and per show run. They know our staff is personable,
service-oriented with a contagious enthusiasm for life that always makes for a

We are a year-round family establishment, with
separate dining, bar and theater facilities. Nestled at the base of the
foothills, just south of Golden on Highway 40, the Heritage Square Music Hall
is just twenty minutes from downtown Denver.
This unique Victorian style theater first opened its
doors on June 1st, 1988.
We are looking for that
extraordinary individual who will continue our unique tradition of quality and
service. Our facilities, people, specialized drinks, food and productions are
truly unlike those of any other establishment, and they make the Music Hall a
wonderful place to work.
This role is similar and
or related in some way to these key words: bartender, cocktail, server, bar,
part time, bar back, customer service, theater, dinner.
Skills/ Requirements:
u The ability to recognize an
outstanding, exciting opportunity in part-time, long-term employment.

Highly dependable.
u High level of bartending experience
(3 years or more),
u Customer service oriented,
u Highly detail-oriented with numbers and inventory,
u Articulate with excellent
social and people skills,
u Ability to follow and
improve policies & standards,
u Collaborative,
professional, personable, honest,
u No tattoos visible
with short sleeves, no visible facial piercing,
u Must
be able to pass a background check and drug test,
u Must
have reliable transportation [Please Note: Bus transportation does not
come within a useful proximity to the Music Hall; so, it does not constitute
reliable transportation.],
u Efficient, responsive, not defensive,
u A leader by example,
u A healthy sense of
urgency with quality in all work,
u The capacity to have an
appropriately good time while at work,
u Clear, sustainable
ability to gladly embrace change,
u Respect for and tolerance of
other team members,
u Must have: a strong desire to be part
