Heritage Square Music Hall, located in beautiful Golden, is looking
for up-beat, motivated, self-directed Dining Room Staff, with or without experience,
for multiple, year-round, part-time positions for the fun dinner part of
our dinner theatre. These are non-benefited positions.
This is a professional atmosphere, and you must be
detail oriented. If you would love to work in this environment, are
professional, friendly and upbeat with your co-workers and guests, then the
Music Hall may be just the place for you.
We have an extraordinary level of returning guests who visit many
times per year and per show run. They know our staff is personable,
service-oriented with a contagious enthusiasm for life that always makes for a
predictably wonderful experience at the Music Hall.
Our dining room is the first part of our guest
experience, and our extremely caring, competent and skilled Dining Room Staff
sets the tone for the theatre experience that follows the meal. Our guests are
made to feel relaxed, welcome, well cared for, safe and a part of the Music
Hall family, from the moment they arrive.
Our meal
consists of a wonderful buffet, where the guests make their own choices and
serve themselves from our extensive hot and cold food lines.
****Our Dining Room Staff members generally learn and
assist in every position below -as true team members:
Our
WAIT STAFF serves our guests waters, iced teas,
coffees and deserts, while attending to any other special needs that might
arise. Along with our Bus Staff, the Wait Staff also removes finished plates
from the tables during service. Our Wait Staff appropriately engages the guests
in conversation to enhance the friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Our Wait Staff
is a tipped position. [Alcoholic drinks are served by our Bar/Cocktail
Staff.]
Our BUS STAFF maintains
the server stations to keep them stocked and ready to service the Wait Staff
needs. The Bus Staff roams the dining room collecting and removing finished
plates and utensils. Our Bus Staff is a tipped position.
Our
LINE STAFF works with the Kitchen Staff to set up
and maintain the hot and cold food lines. The Line Staff is on the hot and cold
food lines to guide, assist our guests and to generally make their trips to the
food lines pleasant and enjoyable. PLEASE NOTE: All Dining Room Staff begin as
Line Staff to become intimately familiar with the special flow, nuances,
logistics, requirements and qualities of the Music Hall
experience.
Our SEATER/ROAMER STAFF
serves as the Host or Hostess to greet the guests, when they arrive at the
dining room, and they assist in removing finished plates and in pouring iced
teas, coffees and waters. The Seater/Roamer has a key role in the smooth
staging of the flow and distribution of the guests as they are seated
throughout the dining room. This is a tipped position.
The Dining Room Staff
positions are not like those in other restaurants. They are unique to match our
unique guests and our family atmosphere. This is a special opportunity to be a
part of the Denver Area's best dinner theater in a key roll to deliver quality
service with competence and personality.
We are a year-round family establishment, with
separate dining, bar and theater facilities. Nestled at the base of the
foothills, just south of Golden on Highway 40, the Heritage Square Music Hall
is just twenty minutes from downtown Denver.
This unique Victorian style theater first opened its
doors on June 1st, 1988.
We are looking for those
extraordinary individuals who will continue our unique tradition of quality and
service. Our facilities, people, specialized drinks, food and productions are
truly unlike those of any other establishment, and they make the Music Hall a
wonderful place to work.
