Heritage Square Music Hall, located in beautiful Golden, is looking
for up-beat, motivated, self-directed, energetic Kitchen-Prep-Dish
Staff, with or without experience, for multiple,
year-round, part-time positions for the fun dinner part of our dinner
theatre. These are non-benefited positions. These positions are part-time and
generally afternoons, evenings and Sunday day and evening.
This is a professional, hard-working atmosphere, and
you must be self-directed and a team player. If you would love to work in this
environment, are professional, friendly and upbeat with your co-workers and
guests, then the Music Hall may be just the place for you.
We have an extraordinary level of returning guests
who visit many times per year and per show run. They know our staff is
personable, service-oriented with a contagious enthusiasm for life that always
makes for a predictably wonderful experience at the Music Hall. This attitude
extends to and from our great Kitchen Staff.
Our dining room is the first part of our guest
experience, and our extremely caring, competent and skilled Kitchen Staff helps
set the tone for the entire Dining Room Staff. Our guests can rest assured that
their meals have been prepared with the utmost of care and safety and that the
facilities and materials are clean and compliant with health codes and
procedural preparation, storage and handling guidelines.

Our
FOOD PREPARATION STAFF prepare and coordinate all
the food items for our extensive buffets of hot and cold food.
We prefer
a Year-Round Part-Time Prep Cook with previous cooking and prep experience to
handle the preparation, organization, storage and set up of cold salad lines
and some hot food buffet entrees. The tasks will generally include: reading
recipes, preparing cold and hot buffet menu items, labeling, preparation of
order lists, tracking of materials, inventory, documenting ingredients, portion
sizes, weights, and procedures while following opening, closing and cleaning
procedures.
This individual must have the ability to handle
multiple priorities while working well under deadlines. They must ensure
cleanliness and sanitation of work areas within health code standards for food
and personal hygiene. Heritage Square Music Hall is a marvelous collaborative
team with a tradition of quality service and excellence. This person must be
able to thrive under, and contribute to, this type of environment.
Our DISH WASHING
STAFF take the lead in keeping the kitchen facilities and serving
materials clean and compliant with health codes. They also assist with food
preparation, when trained and applicable.
The
Kitchen Staff positions are not like those in other restaurants. They are
unique in scope, responsibilities and teamwork. This is a unique opportunity to
be a part of the Denver Area's best dinner theater in a key roll to deliver
quality service with competence and personality.
We are a year-round family
establishment, with separate dining, bar and theater facilities. Nestled at the
base of the foothills, just south of Golden on Highway 40, the Heritage Square
Music Hall is just twenty minutes from downtown Denver.
This unique Victorian style theater first opened its
doors on June 1st, 1988.
We are looking for those
extraordinary individuals who will continue our unique tradition of quality and
service. Our facilities, people, specialized drinks, food and productions are
truly unlike those of any other establishment, and they make the Music Hall a
wonderful place to work.

and/or related in some way to these key words: part-time, self-starter, food
line, food service, food preparation, cleaning, health codes, part time,
customer service, food safety, theater, entertainment, brunch, dinner.
Working knowledge of food service/facilities Health and Safety
Regulations and Sanitary Procedures is preferred; however, training in these
areas is part of the positions' responsibilities.
