Well, we rang in the new year with a great New Year's Celebration!! Thanks to all who attenteded for making it so much fun! Now we are rolling deeply into the 2010 Season, and looking forward to a wonderful year!

We hope you will join us often!

The Music Hall opened its doors on June 1, 1988.

The Music Hall celebrated our 22nd year in 2010!!!!...and thanks to Richard and Suzanne Zernow for the great cake!!!

Heritage Square Music Hall, Golden, Colorado

22nd Birthday for one of Denver's favorite entertainment venues.

The Heritage Square Music Hall celebrated its 22nd birthday on June 1. The Music Hall has given fun and laughs in the form of melodramas, musicals, mysteries and spoofs on the classics over the last two+ decades. Long-time customers and friends provided the wonderful cake that was shared with our audience during intermission.

The Music Hall was started by local funny man, T. J. Mullin on June 1, 1988. He soon gathered an amazing cast, many of whom still perform on our stage together. Over the years, the Music Hall has entertained locals and visitors who find our comedy adaptations to be the best in town. Each production is family-friendly, with lots of audience participation... often bringing folks on-stage to be a part of our play.

Our cast is outstanding in this current show... "Loud: This is It." It's all fun and music in this comedy/musical revue of the best of rock and roll. The show is a continuation of our 12 year-old story about a group of teenagers playing their favorite rock and roll. It all started in mom's basement, but quickly moved to other venues... the garage, school dances, a retirement home. In this show, "the kids" are hosting a garage sale, giving lots of opportunities to reminisce about the good old days and songs of their youths. You'll laugh along with us at our comedy of "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Blue Moon," "I Get Around," and lots more... especially our idea of what it means to "Rock and Roll All Night Long."

Loud: This Is It plays Wednesday thru Sunday, thru September 5. Dinner and show, or show only available. Make your reservation and come laugh with us!!! Box Office open daily at 303-279-7800. More information at www.hsmusichall.com

The Donation Campaign Helped fill up the Empty Shelves with Blankets for Neighbors in Need GOLDEN, CO., March 12, 2010 - The staff at Heritage Square Music Hall Dinner Theatre dropped off a car load of blankets to support the Jeffco Action Center.

The center provides help and support by offering items and services to people in the community who are homeless or need assistance during a difficult time.

The Music Hall recently hosted a drop off site for donated blankets and in return for the donations; the Music Hall gave each donor a $10.00 off voucher towards a theatre ticket purchase for The Pinch Hitter baseball show. Staff and customers were happy to donate and enjoyed reaching out to their local community members.

Press Release: Here.

Our last production was The PinchHitter.

Our current production is Loud: This Is It.

May 28 - September 5

Many of you have followed our "Loud" series of rock and roll mucical fun.**

Though the years, we've seen those "teenagers" learn their music in Mom's basement, only to be moved out to the garage and other venues...because they were "too loud".

Well, everyone's gotten a little older, and Mom's decided it's time to join her freinds at the retirement home. "The kids" are having a garage sale - going through their things, and reliving those wonder years of growing up with the best music ever. Each item they find has a memory attached… so will they actually sell anything????

Come Joint us for the fun!!

Check out the rest of our 2010 Show Season. What a year it promises to be!!!

Thank you all again!

We've always known that our entertainment is "out of this world".......When recently the folks from Para FPI and FOX 31 News were looking for a great place for a paranormal investigation, we were thrilled that they thought of the Music Hall. Many of us have wondered about those "bumps in the night" and other unidentified events......so a few people from Para FPI, a few people from FOX 31, and a few brave souls from the theatre met here at midnight Friday, October 15th.

With all kinds of "ghost" detecting equipment, we spent 4 hours of the wee morning listening, looking and taping all areas of the building. The results haven't been fully analyzed. Preliminary results only found a few footsteps -hardly enough to be "haunted" but just enough to be intriguing!

Here is the link to Fox News 31 for their story about that evening.

On 08-23-08, Annie put on one heck of a surprise party for Tom to celebrate his 60th Birthday. With a jam-packed Music Hall, filled with Tom's friends from all these years of performing, it was a stunning tribute to friendship and the wonderful bonds the Music Hall has fostered for so many years.

In the best tradition of our friends and guests who return many times for each show and who have been doing that for years, everyone was crazy!!!!! Here is the audience that Tom faced:

Even Toad (Bryan Foster) showed up to mime his support!!! The audience went wild, and Tom was truly surprised and moved!!!

What a party!!!!

Thanks to you and your laughs, we certainly had a very special 2009 season, and we are having a wonderful 2010! Come see us and help celebrate our 22nd year!!!!!
