COUPONS
From time-to-time, we
advertise with coupons that offer certain discounts for specific times and
performances. When applicable, these coupons (only the originals are accepted),
and the discounts they extend, must be declared and presented at the time
the reservations are made, if the relevant discounts are to apply. We
appreciate your cooperation with this policy so we can retain great
entertainment value and fairness for everyone. |

REFUNDS |
|
We pride ourselves on
great, appropriate service and extraordinary food, and we staff and plan our
menus accordingly well in advance. We also have thousands of guests who return
time-and-again and request their favorite seats. Because we have reserved
seating, once a seat is taken-paid for, it is no longer available to others who
might desire those specific, favorite seats, and they have to change their
date, if they still want those specific seats. Subsequently, the tickets are non-refundable.
However, because we know
"things happen", if you experience a problem and can give the Box Office
at least a 24 hour notice of not being able to attend, in advance
of your reservation's dinner/show time, a rain check can be issued which
is good for 90 days from the date of issuance (There are no further time
extensions of the rain checks beyond the original 90 day's time). |
